WHEN little Meaghan Daldy came home with her 12th case of nits this school year, her mother Deborah had had enough.
She packed the five-year-old off to the hairdresser for a $300 specialist treatment and then sent the bill straight to her daughter’s school, Clairgate Public.
The school paid up – possibly setting a precedent for other schools struggling to contain outbreaks of head lice.

Congratulations to Mrs Daldy for taking a stand. I use to get a letter sent home with my child stating she had nits yet AGAIN and to please do something about it. And for the umpteeth time I did. That was 22yrs ago. Now my grandchildren are going through the same thing. Finally a product that doesn’t burn the scalp and neck with harsh chemicals. I swear by Moov it gives quick relief and results. I work in a childcare and I recommend this product to all families that haven’t tried it. I would like to see a small sample bottle brought out and sent to daycare centres and schools. This would be very costly but as far as I’m concerned this product is worth it.
I have been dealing with head lice for the past 15 years…I get so frustrated when we discover them “yet again”…I have only just tried the Moov and it was instant relief for my daughter. I went to buy some more at the chemist last week but they didn’t have any so i walked out empty handed and went and found it elsewhere…Great product.
